i had to go handle a crisis call after work tonight, so i didn’t get home til late. Checked my e-mail as soon as i walked in the door, and –
– there was an e-mail from Sir D. Which is unusual. There was an attachment. Which i opened. Of course.
It was a photo:
- You might think you’ve seen this before, but um, no. It wasn’t this one.
Sir says it’s “substantial.”
i say, “Yikes.”
He says, “I think I will enjoy it.” That He’ll enjoy it, that is.
i think maybe we should make risotto with it.

O – Mick – He says He got it at Jungle Jim’s. And – now that i think about it – You started this whole risotto spoon thing. i’ll remember that on Friday!
Jungle Jim’s is just up the road from us. he should stop by the enxt time he goes in for a risotto spoon.
You should come too…. I will make the risotto first. then we’ll decide how to use the spoon.
LOL – we’ll have to take you up on that. The risotto, anyhow… afterwards we can – wash the spoon and put it away. (Yes, i might be back-pedaling a little bit.)

Leave it to Mick to get this kind of convo started…*laughs*…tho i must say i bought my Sir’s new toy a full week ago, before this convo even started.
And now i have a date for when it will be used…2 1/2 weeks to think about it…Do let me know how you fare…*grins*…Youse gonna have polka dots all over your butt m’dear!
