Yessss!!
National Ice Cream Day.
AND we’re actually having family over for a picnic/ ice cream social. Hence, the need for an ice cream scoop. Which we still don’t have. But Sir’s getting one this morning, so that’s all good.

But we are having an ice cream SOCIAL, not an anti-social.
And we planned it before we knew it was National Ice Cream Day. Either that, or our ice cream social has gone National.
Lol…
In any case, we’re also having a salad bar, so i have lots of prep work to do. And people are bringing a dish, so that’s good too.

Oh yes! Thank you so much. Imagine if I hadn’t known?! I might have eaten ice cream anyway, it’s not such a big stretch, but I would have eaten it in isolation, unknowing that I was part of a larger collective movement. Just sayin…
I like the anti-social idea too. You’d probably want to lay down a tarp first or clean up would be a bitch.

Soy Delicious has a few that are good, but there are days that replacements just don’t satisfy…..
